Dried Roselle (hibiscus sabdariffa or grajiab daeng in Thai) is the dried hibiscus flower, Hibiscus flowers are commonly found in commercial herbal teas, especially teas advertised as berry-flavoured, as they give a bright red colouring to the drink.

  • How to use

    1) Add the dried roselle and boil hard for about 5 - 8 minutes, or until the water is dark pink

    2) Remove the flowers with a slotted spoon.

    3) Add sugar as desired, then top off with water to make a total volume of 1 litre
