COOKING METHODS
Step 1: Cut red date into half, cut codonopsis into small pieces (about 1cm).
Step 2: Rinse all the ingredients thoroughly.
Stpe 3: Place all ingredients except wolfberries into pot.
Step 4: Add 1.5 – 2 Litres of water and boil. Reduce the heat and cover the pot, allow tea to simmer for 1 hour.
Step 5: Add wolfberries in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
